British Council in partnership with the Royal College of Physicians (UK) as a technical partner is implementing the East African Development Bank Medical Training and Fellowship Programme (EADB METAF) Programme. The programme aims to increase the early detection, research and treatment of cancer and neurological disorders.
It is upon this background that an Oncology cascade training targeting doctors working in Northern Uganda Health Centres, has been scheduled for 02 December – 05 December 2019 in Gulu. Through this clinical training course, participants are equipped with knowledge and skills to better diagnose and manage patients with urgent symptoms of cancer within district/regional hospitals.
